TIERS

Here at FullMetal: Legends, we break down general strength and abilities of characters based on their tier as opposed to just their rank. While your rank is looked at IC to determine your level of authority or your seniority in those situations, Tier is an OOC thing to help you determine your overall level. There are seven tiers, each with three sub tiers. These will determine the stats you have access to, as well as how many specialties you can have.

E- This is the most basic level and is the most common for those who are just starting their journey or who haven't spent much time learning about alchemy. These are often the ones just entering the academy to begin their classes.

E-3: You have no specialties, you get 5 stats. Unable to preform alchemy

E-2: You have no specialties, you get 10 stats. Unable to preform alchemy

E-1: You have no specialties, you get 15 stats. Unable to preform Alchemy.

D- This is the level of one who has been in the academy for a year or more, they are beginning to get the hang of some alchemy and are beginning to really get serious in both their training and studies.

D-3: You have no specialties, you get 20 stats. Unable to preform alchemy.

D-2: You have one specialties, still have 20 stats, but are now able to preform basic alchemy.

D-1: You have one specialty, have 25 stats and are still just doing basic alchemy.

C- This is the level of one who is about to complete their initial training in the academy or under a teacher. They aren't really ready to head to the State Alchemist Qualification Test yet, but they are much more skilled than they were starting off.

C-3: You have one specialty, 25 stats and are beginning to dabble in more intermediate alchemy.

C-2: You have one specialty, 30 stats and are beginning to get a grasp on intermediate alchemy.

C-1: You now have two specialties, 30 stats and are fully understanding of intermediate alchemy.

B- This is the level that denotes a fresh addition to the state alchemist level or a higher ranked member of the military. You have really started to get your skills together and under total control.

B-3: You have two specialties, 35 stats and are in total control of even intermediate levels of alchemy.

B-2: You have two specialties, 35 stats and are beginning to dabble in advanced alchemical practices.

B-1: You now have three specialties, 40 stats and are a novice when it comes to advanced studies.

A- This is the level of an experienced alchemist of the state or a highly respected member of the military. You have really improved and your skills show it.

A-3: You have three specialties, 40 stats and are beginning to grasp the basics and fundamentals of advanced alchemy.

A-2: you have three specialties, 45 stats and are now much more experienced with the advanced usage of alchemy.

A-1: you now have four specialties, 45 stats and are adept in the usage of advanced alchemy.

S- You are now at a level revered for the best of the best. Those known to be the masters in their fields who demand respect and acknowledgment anywhere they go.

S-3: You have four specialties, 50 stats and have mastered advanced alchemy.

S-2: You have four specialties, 50 stats and have started looking into master level alchemy.

S-1: You now have five specialties, 55 stats and are only beginning to grasp the concept of mastery level alchemy.

SS- This is the level of those who have risen into the myths and legends of the world. Everyone has heard of these people, though what is true and what is fable lies to be a mystery, but they are the most famous folks around.

SS-3: you have five specialties, 55 stats and are a novice when it comes to mastery level alchemy.

SS-2: You now have six specialties, 55 stats and have become adept at using master level alchemy.

SS-1: You have six specialties, 60 stats and have mastered the use of mastery level alchemy.

HOW TO INCREASE ONE'S RANK/TIER

You may be wondering how to do the above, well, it's fairly simple.

Our system for this simply revolves around posting IC, the more posts you get, the more points you get which are then used to purchase ranks or tiers. Each rank and each tier cost the same, so you only have to keep up with making a singular number. Though, be warned, each character starts with 0 points, they may be awarded as prizes in events, but the only other way to attain them is through the use of posting. One cannot trade points. Don't even try.

Points/Purchases:

-You get 5 points for every post and 10 points for each topic you start.

-To buy a rank it costs 50 points. (As you can see in the Rank System above, each rank requires a minimum tier to hold. So, you must be at LEAST the tier category it is listed in, in order to buy it.

-To buy a tier it costs 100 points.
